Deal Sourcing
We source equity and debt investment opportunities from our network of sponsors, developers and consulting clients. We strictly work on an off-market basis to provide investors with unique and attractive deal flow.
Diligence
We underwrite all deals in-house, diligence each Sponsor’s track record, and challenge assumptions. We often go through multiple rounds of diligence prior to presenting any deals to our investor network.
Invest
Investors are granted access to our full set of diligence materials including underwriting models and investment memos, while given a period to diligence themselves and meet with the developer prior to joining the deal.
Servicing and Monitoring
MACRE Properties handles all ongoing investment services and monitoring from monthly and annual reporting, to distributions, to K-1’s and tax reporting.
